What is Ticker

Copia's regulatory data platform, built for the UK listed market.

Ticker is the data infrastructure Copia built to power investor-facing platforms. It processes 3.6 million regulatory filings from the UK market, RNS, PDMR disclosures, share price feeds, financial results, structured and delivered via API so that investor platforms, company websites, and developer tools can consume clean, reliable data without building the pipelines themselves.

What started as internal infrastructure is now a standalone product used by listed companies, platform developers, and AI tooling built on top of the UK regulatory data stack. The same data that powers Copia's investor platforms is available to any team that needs it.

Capabilities

What Ticker does

01

Regulatory news feeds

Structured RNS and regulatory announcement feeds. Full text, metadata, and classification, ready to embed in investor relations pages or ingest via API.

02

Share price tools

Real-time and delayed share price widgets. Intraday charts, historical price data, and bid/offer spreads for AIM and Main Market instruments.

03

Financial data

Structured financial statements, key metrics, and results data extracted from regulatory filings. Normalised across instruments for consistent programmatic access.

04

API & MCP servers

REST API for structured data access, plus MCP servers for AI tooling. Ticker data is queryable by LLMs and agentic tools, including Google’s File Search API.

05

Archive & search

Fifteen years of regulatory history, fully searchable. Full-text search across filings, filterable by instrument, date range, announcement type, and issuer.

06

Engagement intelligence

Analytics and signals from investor-facing platforms. Understand which documents investors are reading, how they navigate results content, and where engagement drops off.

Who uses it

Ticker data, indexed by Google

Ticker's regulatory data corpus is used as a case study for Google's File Search API, demonstrating how structured financial data can be ingested, indexed, and surfaced by AI search infrastructure at scale. It is a marker of the quality and structure of what Ticker produces.

The connection

Narrative and infrastructure, from one team.

Most financial communications agencies operate without the infrastructure to back up what they build. They produce investor relations pages that rely on third-party data vendors, adding cost, introducing latency, and creating dependencies outside their control.

Copia's investor platforms run on Ticker. That means the data feeds, the share price charts, the regulatory archive, and the results pages are all produced by the same team that wrote the equity story. When the narrative changes, the infrastructure can keep up.
